This is our first event as the 5th Night Company. I must say, it has been interesting so far and the performance is still 4 weeks away. We are attempting to bring together a lot of elements for a blue moon, leap year, only on a 5th Friday kind of thing. I suppose that in the unstoppable march of time, we shall see how it all plays out. I just finished the poster. It will go to the printer on Monday.

I wish I could make it. I have always wanted to dress all in black and read (my own) bad poetry with very loud, clear and dramatic enunciation, arms raised, railing against the fickle gods of uniformity and despair, or some such thing, to then bask in the finger-snapping approval of my kindred souls.

...and will have to wait for yet another blue moon. Did you know that the notion of a blue moon originated as, not 2 in a month, but 4 in a quarter. Just a little trivia for you. Although "originated" is a crapshoot. Who knows.
