Charles Barsotti. I loved the cartoons but knew nothing of the man until today, reading his obituary in his hometown paper, the Kansas City Star. Damn. Now I really really miss this guy.

I didn't know he lived in Kansas City. I love the recurring theme of the faithful dog.
Yeah. You guys were neighbors. I love that theme too. What a sweet guy he was. So sorry to see him go. The world needs more, not less, people like that.
