Some say we must protect putin's "pride" so he doesn't feel ashamed over his genocidal war in Ukraine. HA! He's
already shamed himself beyond repair. He doesn't care. Nothing matters
to him. He uses everyone and everything. Drive the son of a bitch back
into the hole he crawled out of.

Makes sense. Only a bully like Putin would convince people that they should fear him and must make sure not to corner him. Some things make this Ukraine war seem very dismal to me. Putin wants Ukraine because this will give him leverage in the sense that he can starve Europe. The last thing Putin should get is more leverage. Then, NATO is not stepping in, apparently, even though I think it would win a war with Russia. Of course, there's the whole WWIII thing. Finally, the most dismal thing in my mind is that this shows very clearly why there must be wars, sometimes.

Brilliant. I've never heard that one before, Roy. Thanks. You're absolutely right. The world does not want Putin at the throttle for both oil and grain. What a nightmare that would be.
