Adieu

I'm going to Tonopah for the weekend. That's the half ghost town located a few miles west of the northwestern boundary of Area 51. It's the town that won't die because everybody has to stop there for gas and there's couple of prisons in the area that employ people. I have photographed the place a lot but will see if I can come back with an interesting new shot or two. Wish me luck. Oh and I left Uncle Orson cued up. If you need anything, ask him. (re-enactment)

This is a re-enactment, taking lots of liberties, using actors. Not the real Welles. Stick with the Paul Masson commercials which remain comedy gold.

If you go to the YouTube site you will see that this video is posted as a re-enactment. Sorry that I forgot to mention it here but have corrected the oversight.

Yes, I agree. The Paul Masson commercials are comedy gold. They are a perfect balance of humor and tragedy. I have watched them many times.

I didn't know that was reenacted, so I went and found this:

which is (supposedly) the real Orson Welles audio from that session. The reenactment was good, but je-eest a touch overdone.
